An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes. We will discuss your goals, health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis, medical history and physical activity. We will agree on a personalized program that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and dietary preferences. Tests may be recommended depending on your needs. 

Follow-up consultations consist of reviewing progress to date, and adapting the program as required. The frequency and quantity will be determined depending on your needs. 

Every program offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I will not only give you diet recommendations but also guide you to create mindful lifestyle habits.

Physical training is just one side of the coin while achieving good results in a sport of your choice. Take nutrition as seriously as your daily exercises to achieve ultimate performance. 

As an athlete and a person you are unique and therefore need a tailored diet program to meet your needs, personal abilities, goals and schedule.


Healthy eating habits will compliment your training routine in order to reach your fitness goals and improve your performance.


We will discuss subjects like proteins, supplements, pre and post workout snacks, hydration and many more to make sure you get the needed information and suggestions from professional.

Intolerances & allergies

Food that mother nature provides us with is needed and beneficial. I would not recommend elimination diet if there are no identified food intolerances, sensitivities and allergies. However, there is no one-size-fits-all solution in life and nutrition is a very good example. It is a fact that some people certainly do better if they exclude foods like gluten and/ or dairy from their diet. You should only try an elimination diet under the supervision of a professional nutritionist who will back up your case by laboratory tests if needed and possible. 


When it comes to allergies or celiac disease, the mechanisms are not quite the same. The diagnosis has to be made with specific tests. For this reason, I will be working with your GP or medical specialist.


When you cut out groups of food from your diet, you could be at risk of deficiencies. I will make sure you still get your nutrients through your adapted diet.
